There are 3 easy steps to register at Champions Academy!
*If registering for Spring Break Camp 2012, please scroll down past the third step for online registration!
One
Pick out the perfect class for your Champion, either by day or by age/skill level. We break our classes into smaller groups by age, ability, and friends, and build a lesson plan accordingly. The lesson plans are broken into bite-sized pieces every two weeks, so the skills we teach are easy to understand and achieve! Call our office staff at (512) 628-1788 if you need any help!
Two
Print out the registration forms or save them to your computer*. The Registration form and the Family Waiver Form. When filling out the registration form, make sure to:
- Include all of your children on the family information form. In case you decide to enroll another child, you can just call us to register if he/she is already on the form
- double check that your email is written legibly. You don't want to miss our bi-weekly Champions newsletter!
- Sign and date the waiver.
- Fill out the correct information for the class you are registering for. If you need help with the pricing, the office can help when you bring in the form.
*In order to save the files properly to your computer you may need to download the latest free version of Adobe Reader. You can click here to get to Adobe's website. This will not work for Apple computers.
Three
Bring the forms to our office or email them to office@championsacademyaustin.com. Find our location here. WAYA's doors are open from 9 am to 9 pm Monday through Thursday. If the office is not open when you stop by, leave your form in the drop-box and we will call you for payment information. Important: Your registration is not complete until we recieve your paperwork and payment.
And that's it! We will notify you when your child has been enrolled.
Spring Break Camp Registration
To register for Spring Break Camp 2012, please create an account by clicking on the button below.
Even if you are currently registered with us you will need to create an online account.
Then you will need to select the camp dates and late stay dates you wish to register for.
You will be required to pay for the camp in full to sign up.
