Policies and Procedures

Parent Watch Policy:

Parents are welcome to come on in to Champions Academy and watch their gymnasts, cheerleaders, little yogis, and athletes anytime, however siblings who are not enrolled should remain off the mats and equipment. Downstairs there are gyms and a playground available for active toddlers. Champions' official parent watch/participation days are planned and announced throughout the session and again at the end of the session.

What to Wear:

Champions should wear a leotard or T-shirt and elastic band shorts. For safety reasons, please have hair pulled up and no gum/jewelry.

Making up a Class:

Champions Academy Austin hires staff based on enrollment & works hard to maintain a 1:6 coach to student ratio, but we'd be happy to schedule a make-up. Just stop by our upstairs office and fill out a make-up form.

Transferring a Class:

Change request forms are available at the Champions Academy office window. If there is a spot available, we would be glad to transfer times/days.

Dropping a Class:

If for any reason you feel it is necessary to drop a class with Champions, a 14-day notice is required so that your space can be offered to someone waiting. A $50 portion of your payment is non-returnable and non-transferable.

Tuition:

Checks/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover) should be paid to the Champions Academy office window, located upstairs in the Champions Academy gym.

Reminders and Safety Reminders
